It takes something special to get through all of that residue. Bay Wash concentrate will clean and brighten painted brick, tile, vinyl and masonry without damage when used as directed. Works well in cold and hot water.

DIRECTION FOR USE: Do not run this product through pumping system or heating coils. Bay Wash conc can be diluted 1 part cleaner to 1 part water for regularly maintained areas. Use straight on neglected surfaces. Used in a pump sprayer, apply cleaning solution from the bottom up on a dry surface. Let the chemical soak for a few minutes, brush surface if necessary and rinse from top down. In hard water areas more chemical may be required. Always test chemical in an ‘out of the way’ area.
