BIO-BARRIER SANITIZER

Bio-Barrier protects surfaces from harmful, microorganisms that cause odor and mold growth. Upon initial contact with the surface, Bio-Barrier eliminates odors.  Effective protection will last 3-6 months depending on the environment and frequency of exposure to water or moisture.

Bio-Barrier can be sprayed on the surface after cleaning. Spray straight using a 12V sprayer like our Drum Drainer or a pump-up sprayer. 

Technical/Application Information:

The porosity of the surface, wind conditions, application method, all have an effect.

Roofs are very porous and the 3-dimensional gravel on asphalt shingles, Cedar shingle with the fractured texture of wood, the coverage will be less than 600 sq. ft.. Painted surface, vinyl awnings, less porosity higher square feet of coverage. Fabric and woven poly materials may fall somewhere between the smooth and the coarse surfaces.

The product is formulate to be applied without further dilution to insure successful results.

Any dilution of the product will greatly impact the performance of stain and odor removal and prevention.

Coverage rate is approximately 600 square feet per gallon.
