SAND MAKER

Sand maker is a safe but highly effective product that efficiently softens concrete dust and ready mix splash. It is designed to remove heavy built up hardened concrete from ready mix trucks, scaffolding, forms, tools and other areas where concrete tends to accumulate and harden. Will not harm painted surfaces. Sand maker is a strong but safe acidic cleaner designed to remove the hardened, tenacious concrete. It is non-corrosive to skin, ferrous and nonferrous metals. Will not harm any components of ready mix trucks.

Dilution Rate: Sand maker is a RTU (Ready to Use) product. Use AS IS.

Directions for Use: Sand maker should be applied at the end of the day when truck is idle and left overnight to thoroughly soften the build-up. Spray or foam Sand maker onto the areas where concrete has hardened. Allow to remain on surfaces for a minimum of 60 minutes. Do not allow the area to dry. Keep area wet during the 60 minute period. If area starts to dry, reapply Sand maker to the area to keep it wet. After about 60 minutes, the concrete should start to soften. Allow this to sit over night for removal the next morning. The concrete will turn to a sand-filled "mushy" consistency and can be washed off using a garden hose with spray nozzle installed or a high pressure washer, which is preferred.
